Sound Start

-The sound card is pretty important on the PC if you want a more multimedia experience. Sound cards are actually fairly new to PC's and have been on the Mac's for a little longer. Funny how much stuff Apple came up with that is now borrowed.

-Sound at one time was just limited to those little beeps and bumps when you made a mistake. Now we have real sounds when you make a mistake. Soundcards are getting better and better every day. You will see a move from the ISA slot to a PCI allowing more bandwidth and more channels of sound.
